Account Deletion Request — Xeno: Anime Fighters

Users of the Xeno: Anime Fighters application, developed by Maracujá Games, may request full or partial account deletion at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request account deletion, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to thiagobertellimaracujagames@gmail.com

2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion – Xeno: Anime Fighters”

3. In the email body, include:

   • The email address used to log in to the app

   • Whether you are requesting full deletion or partial deletion of your data

Once received, the request will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our privacy and security policies.

Data that will be deleted

If full account deletion is requested, the following data will be permanently removed:

• User account data

• Game progress

• Characters, items, and inventory

• Statistics and gameplay history

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained for an additional period when required by legal or regulatory obligations, including:

• Financial and transaction records (if applicable)

• Technical and security logs

Any retained data is stored securely and is not used for commercial purposes after the account deletion request is completed.
